BEEF CALDERETA RECIPE
Ingredient:
1 kgs beef ribs
2 pieces of small onion,liced
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 250 ml tomato sauce
1 85mg liver spread
1 tbsp pickle relish
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 pieces medium potatoes and carrot cubed and fried
1 can of pineapple chunks
Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil the beef ribs in low heat for 2-3 hours until it became tender and soft
2. In a pan, heat oil then saute the garlic and onion until limp. Add the tenderized beef and broth, bring to boil
3. Add pickle relish, tomatosauce, liver spread and cheese. Continue simmering until the sauce slightly thicken. Add salt and pepper to your taste
4. Add fried potatoes and carrot and pineapple chunks and cook for another 5minutes

BEEF SINIGANG RECIPE:


Ingredient:

1 Kgs Beef meat or beef ribs

3 pieces of large tomatoes

1 piece of onion

3 thumb size of ginger and cut in small size

2 tablespoon of knorr sampaloc mix

3 pieces long silli

11/2 tablespoon patis

1/2 salt

Vegetable : kangkong, okra, ang stringbeans


Instruction and Preparation:

1. Boil the beef meat in a few minutes to removed the fatty part of the meat. And wash the meat again

2. Place the beef meat, sliced tomatoes, sliced onion, sliced ginger in a casserole and put plenty of water. Boil it in low heat for 2 to 3 hours until the meat become tender and soft. Add the Knorr sampalok mix,patis,little salt or depending on your taste. Put the stringbeans, okra and kangkong and cook it for a few minutes Your sinigang is done

PINOY PAPAITAN

Ingredient:
500grams of cleaned beef intestines,heart,kidney,liver and tripe
2 tablespoons of oil
2 whole onion
250grams of ginger, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon of pure beef bile
salt and pepper to taste
5 green chilli pepper
2 packs of knorr tamarind mix or 500 grams of fresh tamarind fruit

Instruction and Preparation:
1. Boil the beef intestines,heart,kidney, and tripe for 1.5 to 2 hours until it became tender and soft. Cool and slice accordingly
2. Heat oil in a pot and sautee the garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant. Add beef and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add enough water to cover the beef about 8 to 9 cups. Cook for a few minutes until the liver is tender.Add the knorr tamarind mix or juice of the tamarind fruit. Season with salt and pepper. Add the bile and chilli pepper if you are using them cook for couple of minutes.
Note:
I started by adding just half a teaspoon of the bile and tasted it before adding more. You can add more or less depending on your taste.
